Well, the white stuff finally hit, no bones about it. It started snowing on Friday night and continued well into Saturday. Our temperatures have been anywhere from -5C to -15C (23F to 5F) so it hasn't gone anywhere. It's been cold and white all weekend and not exactly biking weather.
My only saving grace may be the next couple of days. It's supposed to warm up to 4C (39F) tomorrow and 10C (50F) the next day plus rain. I can only hope this comes to pass as it will wipe out the snow we already have. It's way too early to give up riding yet. I would love to be riding on Xmas day.

I finally gave in and put her away for the winter yesterday. :(
Always a sad day.
My condolences, Dean. Storage day is a sad day indeed.
Darn sorry to here the weather is making its turn on you guys. I try to make that X-Mas and New Year ride every year, and the bike is aways ready to go...
I've got no problems with the bike being ready to go. Heated underground parking has it's benefits. I just need the weather to agree. I'm hoping tomorrow brings a downpour of warm rain!
and they call me a hardcase. Even I don't look forward to rain:) Sorry to hear riding season is closing so fast. Be safe!
-Peace
Hey, I'll take whatever gets rid of the white stuff outside my window! :)
Very sorry to hear your riding season is over. We are extremely cold right now and not riding here at the moment, but we still get some days when I can get out on weekends during the winter.
I have had to quit riding to work a month ago. I have to be at work at 6:30am and with no sun at that time, it's just too cold for me. Brrr....
