We got it

Snow that is.  Finally hit on Saturday December the 5th around 6pm.  I had to leave work early because of the fantastic flu that's floating around.  So in between much needed sleeps I got to watch snow fall and fall and fall.  At least 15cm of snow fell and the city probably dumped about 50cm of salt on it all.  This put a rather giant crimp in my plans to keep riding.  Sure, if the snow melts I can ride, but what about all that salt everywhere.  Do I really want all my chrome melting off?  I got some thinking to do...
