I need a ride...

Work is hell.  Changes are being brought in that increase our workload exponentially.  This doesn't seem bad until it's put into this context: Four people taking care of satellite installations for close to 6000 hotels.  Even better when the changes are because of one mistake from one of the three you work with.

Winter is hell.  Yet another snow storm due to hit some time this afternoon.  I know you're sick of hearing me say it, but it's my blog...I'm sick of winter and snow and ice and driving the car. :p

I need a ride...

After work tomorrow, I may put the battery back in just so I can ride in circles around the garage where I have Selene parked.

Wouldn't be unheard of for me to at least several times a winter, take the bike out around the block once or twice just to "scratch that itch".

If only I could do that. Too much ice and snow on the roads around here... *sigh*

Amen brother. I feel your pain! I miss riding so much that I've actually started thinking that those motorcross-to-snowmobile kits are pretty cool:

Hang-in there... Just a few more months of this white crap and we'll be back on the road.

Cheers,
Lucky

You know, I could have used one of those coming home last night. As a matter of fact, it would have made the trip all the more fun. I wonder if it's considered street legal if you convert a fully street legal enduro...hmmm.

Sick of winter. Know that. As soon as I write this I am going to take out the dog and get her squared away, gear up and go. The wind is blowing so hard now the storm windows are shaking. But it is about freezing so what do I have to complain about?
